When reserving a Doodle from My Choice Puppies, you’ll have a couple of options for bringing your new companion home. You’re always welcome to visit us in person and pick up your puppy directly. If travel isn’t feasible, we also offer a safe and stress-free delivery option through a trusted puppy travel nanny who will accompany your pup every step of the way.
*Please note: We do not ship our puppies via cargo under any circumstances.
Delivery Options for Adopting My Puppy
Although we love when families are able to pick up their puppies directly from the Partner Home, we completely understand that this isn’t always possible due to distance, schedules, or other circumstances.
For your convenience, we’re pleased to offer reliable and affordable Delivery Services to help bring your puppy home safely and comfortably. We offer several delivery options tailored to your needs, and it’s very rare that we are unable to fulfill a delivery request. However, please note that holiday weekends can make scheduling more difficult, so early planning is encouraged.
If you choose one of our Delivery Services, we’ll work with you to ensure everything goes smoothly. Before confirming your delivery, there are a few important details you may want to consider to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

Finalizing Payment on Adoption Day
If you choose to have your puppy delivered by Ground Delivery or Flight Nanny, or if you choose to have your puppy trained, your balance can by paid by certified check or through one of our electronic options such as PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, etc.). Personal checks are never accepted for our Delivery options and we prefer you do not use cash to pay your balance. For your convenience, you are welcome to pay the final balance when you are matched to your puppy, however the final balance is not required until you are holding your puppy in your arms.
Differentiating Between a Pick-up and a Delivery
The full My Choice Puppy pick-up experience includes an opportunity to connect with your puppy’s Partner Home, allowing you to ask questions and get to know the early environment your puppy was raised in. Most pick-up appointments last around 20–30 minutes and offer a relaxed setting to ease the transition for both you and your puppy.
For those who choose delivery, please note that our Puppy Couriers often travel long distances. As such, delivery appointments are shorter—typically around 10 minutes—just enough time for your Courier to hand off your puppy, go over any quick essentials, and get back on the road safely.
If your Puppy Courier provides exceptional service, we encourage you to consider offering a tip as a gesture of appreciation.

Delivery Options
- Ground Delivery Service
We are excited to offer ground delivery to anywhere within the contiguous United States for our puppies. For details on pricing, please refer to the map provided above to see the cost based on your specific location. While the fastest way to welcome your new puppy is to make travel arrangements and pick them up in person on your scheduled Adoption Day, we understand that this isn’t always possible for every family. Additionally, some litters are eligible for ground delivery only, making this option even more valuable.
Ground delivery typically occurs within 1 to 10 days of your puppy’s scheduled Adoption Day, depending on your location. Our Delivery Team works diligently to coordinate several deliveries into a single route with our trusted and experienced Puppy Couriers. This process takes time to plan and execute with care, ensuring your puppy’s safety and comfort throughout the journey.
Your puppy will continue to receive attentive care until they are delivered, and we are committed to bringing them home to you as soon as possible.
Please note: We usually deliver multiple puppies within the same region during a trip. Because of this, we deliver directly to your door and are unable to arrange half-way meeting points. Thank you for your understanding!
Multiple Pups: If you are receiving more than one puppy at the same delivery address—whether you’re adopting two puppies yourself or coordinating with friends or family adopting during the same Adoption Weekend—you’ll pay the standard delivery fee for the first puppy, and a reduced fee for each additional pup delivered to the same location.

Special Note About Our Tiny Pups: Some of our smallest breeds—like Yorkipoos, Cavachons, Maltipoos, and petite mini Cavapoos—are classified as Tiny Pups and may weigh less than 5 pounds at their final vet check. For their safety and well-being, any puppy under 5 pounds must be delivered by our Flight Nanny Team. These nannies are trained specifically to handle the extra care needed during travel for these delicate little ones, ensuring a safe and attentive journey to their forever home.
Canine Concierge
Cuddle Couriers proudly presents our Canine Concierge Service—a premium, one-on-one puppy delivery experience designed for families who want the highest level of care and convenience. With this exclusive service, your puppy will receive private, individualized attention throughout the entire journey. You’ll enjoy real-time communication and updates, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.
This service is ideal if you require delivery on a specific date or prefer a more personalized approach to your puppy’s travel.

2. Flight Nanny Service
ONLY available for pups flying from the SC/NC areas who weigh 8 pounds or less at their final vet check.
Our Flight Nannies will fly personally with your puppy anywhere in the contiguous U.S. (see above for airports we fly to if you live in Alaska) in the passenger area of the plane to a major airport near you giving your sweet puppy individual attention and excellent care. You will then meet the Flight Nanny at the airport to receive your puppy directly.
Occasionally we are able to accommodate pups slightly larger than 8 pounds on a Flight Nanny delivery. This is subject to availability.
If you are adopting two pups at the same time, the Flight Nanny delivery fee will be full price for the first pup and a reduced fee* for the 2nd pup. This reduced rate for the 2nd pup only applies as long as both puppies are able to fit comfortably in the same carrier. Note: If you need to cancel your adoption of your pup and the Flight Nanny Team has already confirmed the date and time of delivery and informed you (normally done via text) that the trip will be scheduled and the ticket will be purchased, you may be subject to paying airline cancellation fees up to the price of the ticket.

Canada Delivery Options
Live in Canada?
We have many amazing Canadian families who have become Forever Homes to our puppies! While we’re unable to deliver to Canada at this time, here are two ways our Canadian families have picked up their puppies:
- One of our own Flight Nannies can fly with your puppy to an international airport in the northern U.S. like Syracuse, New York (SYR), Buffalo-Niagara, New York (BUF), Detroit, Michigan (DTW), or Seattle, Washington (SEA) and you can fly or drive to meet them there in the airport. Then you can return home to Canada that same day with your puppy. Zone delivery pricing applies.
- We can have one of our Ground Delivery Drivers bring your puppy to meet you at the following international airports where you can return home to Canada that same day with your puppy.

– Greenville, SC ( GSP ) for $100
